DOES LITTLE MAN SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Little Man ships to almost every country, with the exception of P.O Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses and Aramex addresses.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES LITTLE MAN ACCEPT?
Currently, we are only accepting payment via Paypal. Paypal accepts most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc) and does not require you to sign up for an account to checkout.
HOW SOON AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL IT SHIP?
All orders placed before noon will be shipped within 48 hours subject to availability and credit verification.
WHAT IS LITTLE MAN’S RETURN POLICY?
Little Man accepts returns on items that are not damaged, unworn and unused, with the original tags intact. For our full return policy, click here.
CAN I RETURN MY WEB PURCHASES VIA YOUR BRICK AND MOTAR STORE?
We will gladly accept returns in-store, for purchases made on our e-store. Refunds will be made via paypal accordingly. There will be no cash refund in-store. All returns have to adhere to our Return Policy here.
I LOST THE PAPERWORK THAT CAME WITH MY ORDER, HOW DO I RETURN?
If you don’t have the paperwork needed to return your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the full details of your order so we can provide you with the necessary documents.
MY RETURN WAS PROCESSED BUT I WASN’T REFUNDED FOR MY SHIPPING CHARGES
Upon acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will credit your refund to the original credit card or account used to purchase the items. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for your refund to be processed. We will credit back the full cost of the item(s), excluding sales tax. Unfortunately, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR PROCESSED?
You will receive a paypal notification stating the amount refunded / credited back to the original method of purchase.
